Engineer Jacques Tshimpanga has more than 20 years of success as an ATSEP in different international organisations. He holds a diploma in Electronics Engineering from the University of Kinshasa. He also received training in management and maintenance of several aeronautical systems and equipment, aviation security and safety awareness.

Engineer Tshimpanga initiated, managed and successfully achieved many UN projects in Goma and Beni-Mavivi Airports, including the construction of Air Traffic Control Tower in Beni-Mavivi Airport, installation of VLS (PAPI) at Goma International airport, and WGS-84 campaign with ATNS in 17 DRC airports. He was further involved in the maintenance of ATC towers in various locations in the DRC.
