Robert Jere Omusonga is a distinguished professional with a strong background in both engineering and aviation. He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering Systems & Management and a HND in Telecommunication Engineering, with ongoing PhD studies in applied electromagnetics. He is the Chief Officer Air Navigational Services at Kisumu International Airport for the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA), He is also a Region Africa Strategy Advisor for IFATSEA.

He served as an avionics instructor at the East African School of Aviation and at Qatar Aeronautical College. His engineering expertise focuses on electrical control systems, production, and air navigation signal propagation. An industrial researcher and author of course books in the fields of aviation engineering and technology.
