Mr. Wilberforce K.T. Lalang, is a Senior ATSEP Officer and current President & CEO – KATSEA. He is an ICAO certified CNS – ANS Inspector, ICAO Aerodrome Engineer. He is a registered Professional Engineering Technologist with Master’s degree in Computer Science (MSc), BSc Electrical and Electronic Engineering and HND Electrical and Electronic Engineering.  He has a high degree of initiative and self-motivation and has over three decades experienced in ATM, AIM and currently as an ATM system security champion and a member of the ATM Infrastructure Security Committee.
